What's next
These results are unofficial. Provisional ballots are counted at the county canvass, which state law says must happen by Nov. 16. Mail ballots postmarked by Election Day that arrive by Nov. 6 can also still be added. Ellis County voters' choices in statewide races make up only part of the statewide totals.
