Las Hefas features lomo saltado

Las Hefas Latín Cuisine said lomo saltado was its featured dish this week, a Peruvian favorite that grew out of Chinese and Peruvian cooking traditions after Chinese immigrants arrived in Peru.
The restaurant said its version combines marinated steak pieces with sautéed vegetables and soy sauce, served over rice with a side of fries.
